This knee brace fits that criteria and allows full range of movement. It is easy to put on and take off, lightweight, and comfortable. The Ace Advanced knee brace is recommended while doing exercise and not for daily wear. It is washable. The medium size seems to be perfect for me - my knee measures 16 3/4". It is tight enough so that it doesn't slip or bunch up. I used to use the ACE stabilizer knee support (with springy side bars) but they wear out fast and get dirty too. I bought two of the Neoprene ones for use in hiking - they are comfortable, do not slip and seem to provide support without being constrictive. I bought them from Amazone, the price was competitive and shipping fast and free. I have washed them and they retain their shape and have not lost their ability to provide support. I would buy them again and would recommend them to anyone. For protecting recurring canker sores.SUGGESTED USE:For adults and children 6 month of age or older: Dry the affected area, saturate a cotton applicator with medication, and apply undiluted to the affected area not more often than every 2 hours. This review is from: Geritrex benzoin compound tincture for skin protectant - 1 oz (Health and Beauty) Lots of folks make up their own first aid kits or buy them premade, and include steri strips for wound closure. Anyone trying to actually use them without Tinture of Benzoin as a means of keeping the strips attached to the skin, will find that they will not adhere. So, folks, Tincture of Benzoin is an essential item, unless you intend to suture the would closed, or use a surgical staple gun, because the steri strips you've been carrying won't work without it. Don't learn the hard way, this is a very inexpensive item to add to any kit. After sustained use they become unreliable where the wheel just spins and no spark. I have ordered a bunch and seen different results from each so maybe I got a few that were lemons. For me to much of a risk to take. I will stick with the Spark-Lite Fire-starters which I have used with good success or better yet the Ultimate Survival Technologies BlastMatch Fire Starter. The BlastMatch is a bit more expensive but well worth the cost. They seem to hold up better. Thanks. This is my second starter from them, each one is a little different depending on price. This one seems to come apart to replace the flint bar as it comes with an extra on each side of it. So really if your a problem solver, I think you can overcome the spinning wheel issue if it happens to you. I myself have had no problems but I also carry a back up as Murphy's law can get ya. ha, ha. I also have one in the survival kit and it is a solid unit with no extra flint and is also a little cheaper than this one if purchased separate from kit. There are so many fire starters on the market, too many to choose from really. Like matches that must have lighter fluid in them to work?? For survival?? I want something quick, small and reliable this is great in an emergency situation with only one hand. My go to is my fire steel, never failed me yet.
