PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: A barn staple. The elastic bandage that sticks only to itself. The first name in flexible wrap. 2" x 5 yards. Available in assorted colors. INSTRUCTIONS: Apply 3M Vetrap Bandaging Tape at approximately 50% stretch. Applying too tightly may impair circulation. Apply last wrap with no tension; press firmly into place. Vetrap tape should be removed and reapplied daily. Vetrap tape should not be applied directly over open wounds. PRECAUTIONS: This product contains natural rubber latex which may cause allergic reactions in humans.

This review is from: 3M Vetrap 2" x 5 yd, Color: ASSORTED (Misc.) My Great Dane rescue has a permanent injury on his front paw which requires it to be covered so he won't chew it. He chews it even though its healed so that's why I say permanent. The old solid colors were so boring but these add a little style. Dog's don't care but it spruces my big guy up for his walks around town. The tape is great and reusable for a time. It stays put and holds in place. Coflex is an economical elastic bandage for use when light compression is required. Use to wrap wrists, ankles, knees and elbows. Also can be used to wrap dog ears and horses legs or tail. Angelo "The stairman" (Upstate NY) - See all my reviews    It seems to work well, as I have always got the whole tick out. The edges on the tick nipper are a little large and flat for gripping the tick. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is the magnifing glass part of it is extremely blurry, and honestly is not helpfull. I would recommend it to others for the price. Not only does it remove the tick but more inportantly it protects you because you do not have to handle the tick. Finally, all other methods we tried resulted in removal by pulling on the tick body which would force fluids back into my fur baby. Half its body was below skin level. That time I was able to get only half the tick's body with the Tick Nipper, and we had to go the doctor to dig out the rest. I don't know if any tick removal device would have worked in that circumstance. A friend has a device called Ticked Off which looks well designed. I'm going to buy some of those to keep on hand.
